Ok, every walkthrough I have found tells me that to activate the red warp, I have to stand above the holes by the yellow switch, but NONE tell me or show me how to get there. All the arrows are against me and all the other paths are blocked. How is this accomplished please. I am STUCK

If I recall correctly, sometimez the solver activatez the Secret Swichez, and sometimez one of the Rolling Eight Ballz doez the work. There is a well-hidden Yellow Toggle Switch that changez the direction of a Two-Way Arrow -> (for instance) that will cause the original R8B to help you out.

I hit the first one behind the plant, then let the ball hit the one i can see on the left. Then I run to the right. But nothing else ever happens to move the other switches.... so where is it? I am so frustrated and so stuck with this one.

You're on the right track by running to the right. You're just not looking for the right thing. After hitting the yellow toggle that allows the 8-ball to trigger the Secret Switch, run to the right and you should see some arrowz that would normally keep you from advancing any further to the right (i.e. they're left-facing). At least one of those arrowz will either turn around and face the opposite direction or disappear entirely. But their altered state lasts only a very short time, so you have to be quick. Keep going to the right past those arrowz and you'll come upon a second set of arrowz. These will do the exact same thing. When their state is altered, move past them to the very right side of the map. Pick up any goodies you find in this section and look for the second secret, the secret red warp. It will warp you back to the left side of the map where the 8-balls are. Warning: this second secret is murder to time!

I'm slowly but surely going mad!!! Use one secret to get to the other. Once you trip the Secret Switch (SS), you can get to the Red Warp (RW). Trip the SS and go get the coins. BUT, before you head back west to the starting area, your mission is to find the hidden RW. Unfortunately for your poor lone grunt, it is a mission that is fraught with danger . In fact, you must subject your grunt to mortal peril in order to carry out your mission. Remember, 8-ballz are lethal to your grunt. And once your grunt steps onto an arrow , he must complete his mission or die trying (sometimes many times ). But a good sense of timing and the ability to step lively will enable your grunt to survive. Good luck and happy hunting!

Just informing you guys that I just finished the let's play of this level.
Anyway, I will be telling you in post as well what I think of it.
The level is short, incredibly short. It takes very short time to finish it, and it is very easy.
However, there is one big impact this level had. And it's the fact that it's the first Gruntz level where the player had to make sure a rolling ball doesn't stop you from finishing the rest of the level, that's something that's been done in later standard levels as well as many custom levels.
And for that this level really is awesome.
