Don't worry Gaby, I am STILL stuck in Bombz Away! and I never did finish this level because I couldn't figure out how to get everyone across that last bridge...when I finish Bombz Away! (Someday soon I hope...) I'll try this one again....maybe we can do it together?

How did you manage to brack the rockz while standing on the spikez... I die evrey time I try... Whenever you have to fill in a Hole, or Break something while standing on Spikez, there are two rulez to follow: - Be as healthy as possible
- Be quick!

Re-read this. Pay particular attention to point #1. Edit: Sorry, Gruntzerz, but this link no longer workz under ProBoards Version 4. The best I have been able to do is link back to the top of the thread ... which is worthless as a meanz of referencing a prior post.

Remember the "Ctrl-#" method of speeding up your switching from one Grunt to another. In this sub-puzzle it is necessary to anticipate picking up the SuperSpeed PowerUp; position your Shovel Grunt on a diagonal to the PowerUp, so that when you click on a destination Tile, he will grab the PowerUp first, then take off for the destination. With SuperSpeed, the Grunt can make it all the way across the area covered by the Rolling SnowBallz to the Switch. The Gruntz that follow (without the benefit of SuperSpeed) have to stop in the middle and wait for the RSBz to pass. Shovel is the critical member of your team ... that is the Grunt that must do the grunt work!

Here's what I did....
Start the shovelz grunt across the bottom part of this area. Do not send him to the BOT, just across the bottom.
While he's running, select your other grunt (using the CTRL-# method) and send him across the top (when it's clear) to the space above the black pyramid.
Now, CRTL-switch to your shovelz and send him to the BOT.
Then switch to the other grunt and send him across to the green switch.
Now your shovelz can make it past the rolling rock.

I never did get the hang of the Control # method...but I did the same thing as IdleAl did....get the powerup, and send shovelz across the bottom, as he is walking, click on the gauntletz grunt and get him started across the top...click on shovelz again and get him to the BOTS...gauntletz waitz for the snowballz to go down again, and crosses over, standing on the green switch...shovelz goes up and makez it beyond the snowball and digz up the hole, stopping the snowball...now everyone can join shovelz....
The next part took me a long time to figure out... Line up shovelz and Gauntletz next to the arrowz at the top...gunhatz firez one at the grunt standing on the switch. Gravity bootz waitz next to the purple pyramidz.
The tricky part is the timing here (I HATE TIMING PUZZLEZ!) When gunhatz is recharged, send BOTH shovelz and gauntletz onto the arrowz...when they get about the third arrow, fire the gunhatz and kill the grunt standing on the switch...by the time he diez and triggerz the switch, both grunt will pass the two-way arrowz and get to the end....
WHEN SHOVELZ STEPZ OFF THE LAST ARROW, MOVE HIM QUICKLY ONE TILE NORTH OR HE WILL BE SQUISHED!...
Send him to the next arrow puzzle...the timing here is critical too...get gauntletz in position at the top....have shovelz step on the righthand arrow, setting the two way arrowz facing downward again. Get gauntletz started and when he is just about to step on the two way arrow above shovelz, move shovelz southwest so that he walkz down and around to the same switch, MEANWHILE, send gauntletz to the northwest and out of the area....shovelz arrivez at the same spot again...step back to the righthand arrow again, setting the two way arrowz downward facing for the next grunt...
Gauntletz breakz the brick, allowing shovelz to come through at the bottom...they stand on the purple switchez allowing gunhatz and gravity bootz to come across.
As gunhatz and gravity bootz each cross the arrowz, have them reset the two way arrowz...you should be able to get all four across (with lotz of SAVEZ!!!)
On to the red-green pyramidz...

You have made it through one of the most difficult sub-puzzlez in this very difficult Custom Level! But it doesn't get (much) easier! Guenter created the most difficult Gruntz puzzlez in existence ... solving them truly deserves a "feather in the cap" of the one solving it.

Thank you GooRoo, But the most heinous of puzzlez awaitz...THE CRUMBLE BRIDGE !!! I have 8 very healthy gruntz waiting to cross....even got to the warp....and the secret to that is to lure one enemy at a time from the TOP of the area...away from the trigger spot...and kill them, but not on top of each other because you need all the goo to make 4 new gruntz... Now, can somebody, PULEEZ help me to cross this horrid bridge? Every time I select two of them, they decide to choose their own pathz....destroying valuable tilez....I can get two across, from the top...but that leavez 6 stranded...help, please?

To get two Gruntz to cross one Crumble bridge path in "follow the leader" formation, start out with one Grunt standing on the Landing Area, and the second Grunt diagonally behind; select both Gruntz and click on a destination Tile beyond the Landing Area on the other side. I started with an outside (right side) path with two Gruntz, then the (originally) inside path with one Grunt, then two more Gruntz on the (originally) outside (left side) path on the right half. Then two Gruntz on the left side on one path, and the final Grunt on the other path. Fun stuff.

WalkingBear, you are so right... these gruntz have no discipline... even gooroos plan does not wark... they go independently where ever they like... they do not 'follow the leader'... but I made it this far... thank you all for helping

You're right, Gaby...I have tried about 20 times just now....got the gunhatz and the shovelz across to the left....and I can get 5 of the other 6 across. but there is no goo in the well to bake another one...and they just don't seem to want to go where I want them too....
GooRoo, would using the technique as in Bombz Away! work here? (Where gauntletz crosses a crumble bridge behind the rolling rock??)
