Done this 5 days ago....This was the 5th custom level that I made! Tips:On the first, observe the rolling ball with the switch, once the rolling ball near the switch, quickly move the 1st grunt to the arrow. Also use the arrow to kill the sword gruntz (will be tough)Lolz,Hope you enjoy my CLz!=) Edit: While the download link is a bit 'clumsy', it doez work (I needed five or six different interventionz in order to get the Custom Level). The map name also includez an underline (_) character, which the Gruntz game engine doez not support (putz a BOX in its place) so I removed it and changed the name to "SnowBlast" for this thread and distribution. A quick view of the map as I was storing it allowed me to evaluate the density as 'Normal'. I will make a quick attempt at verifying it this morning, and if it passez, will send it out to the "Gruntz Fanz" soon afterward. Edit: #2 Only one of the three Gruntz the solver has to open the puzzle has any freedom of movement, and the task of freeing either of the other two seemz to be much too difficult for me to handle this morning. The Bare-handed Grunt has to get past a Rock-throwing Grunt and five (count 'em, five!) Sword Gruntz in a very short amount of time. There is an Invisibility PowerUp (which doesn't last nearly long enough) and a set of Gauntletz, but I was unable to reach either one before taking a 'hit' from the first sword Grunt ... he is free and has range to cover every single Tile in his section of the map! Satisfying the Gauntletz CheckPoint Switch is 'rewarded' by having no place to retreat, and freeing the other four Sword Gruntz to attack. Someone far more 'hawkish' than I am is going to have to verify this one! BTW, good job on creating the description table ... including updating the skeleton link to the Designer's thread to point to your own creationz list!

Nope,I have sent a PM to him with the download link but he didn't reply me.=( I thought I did reply about that, but I may have been in the middle of doing so when the power went out due to the stormz we have had in the past month here. (My computerz have never been re-booted as many timez since 1986 as this one has in the past month!) Anyway, there are several 'hot' projectz I have been working on, including several Custom Levelz that have been submitted to me long before yourz was made available via the link on this Forum. I prefer that CLz be sent to me via e-mail as attachmentz (which I download and store as soon as I read the containing message) so I can verify that there are no 'fatal flawz' in them. Several timez in the past I have had to send out corrected CLz because there was something wrong that prevented them from being solved ... and I get embarassed easily, when that happenz.

I played this level to a PERFECT in a little over 20 minutez. Lotz of fun and a great level. My only opinion on what to be changed is to give a better clue to where the yellow hold switch is. Best make the hole a different color.

When I click the download link, FileFront says there's no hosting service or some like that; I can't download the CL(z). Is that a global problem or my computer isn't happy?

IMHO, it is impossible to get the initial coin, invisibility, gauntletz, do the silver pyramid, come back and make it out of the initial check point without dying. I can only do this by cheating. I would like to know exactly how BattlezM did this. Would you please share it with us, BattlezM? (And I agree about the hole.)

I would like to know exactly how BattlezM did this. Would you please share it with us, BattlezM? (And I agree about the hole.) Go have the rock attack you. Dodge and continue to the two-way arrow and save. Move onto the arrow as much as possible until you manage to get over it, observe the RB triggering the YTS to see when the proper time is to move. Now go back over the arrow (or reload if the rock hitz you). Now you must do the same thing, but much faster to have more time before rock'z next attack. Squash the sword with the two-way arrow (you will have to observe the RB). Then move to get the gauntletz, you should have plenty of time with the invisibility now to go past the checkpoint and the swordz. That'z the long and short of it (for me it was more of short )

I think that you should either use a ranged tool or sacrifice a grunt. Better to wait until the end to get it (you will probably have a grunt that can get there ). As for the secret switch, remember what out of the way landingz might mean.

it's a good level and great ideaz ... ... not too difficult exept for the bridgez... ... and you could put in more eyecandiez and fill the hoelz and rockz with thingz... ... thank you

Once I got over my mental block (thank you Vic) I enjoyed this level very much. It was a lot of fun and not too difficult (except for that toggling bridge, arrg!) My only complaint is about hiding the cola and switch in holes that are not normally redug (no magic shovel). If you are going to do that, you should give the solver a clue that there is something different about this particular hole.

I had a SecretTeleporterTrigger that refused to send my Grunt into the area with four Coinz! So I could not get the " PERFECT!" score. Perhapz my January, 2007 version was an old, flawed version. I fixed the error, and managed to get everything with the modified version. But I also added some Rockz in that area, and added some Coinz to increase the total to 20. If TimeBomber agreez to the modificationz, I will be able to send this one out tonight along with "Contact!" (and I hope, BreakingTheBankV as well).
