The filez were mis-stored on my web host. Now that I am trying to correct the problem by re-uploading everything, Internet Explorer keepz telling me that "the connection has been lost by MySQL server. I will keep trying, but I only have about half an hour before I have to leave, and the connection may not be (re-)established by then.

I have reached almost the end of this great CL but am stuck at square no.C2 which is checkpoint for GoKart, Shovelz and Gauntletz as i do not have any Shovelz! Did i have to save up a Shovel got through a Megaphone earlier or did i miss a tool somewhere? I had two Shovelz but they were exchanged for Rubber duckys to cross the pool in square B7.

I am unable to download the walkthrough hence need help here.

It appearz that I will have to (once again) concentrate on determining a way to make it possible for all registered memberz to download from the new web host. Neron Hosting is far too fragile to depend on them for support any more. It is bad enough that they have gone down so often ... it is infuriating to be totally unable to contact anyone that has the power to fix (even as simple as just re-boot) the server problemz. I have been able to upload thingz to the new web host (GoDaddy), but cannot (myself!) download anything ... yet.

BTW, I have a small part in the local theatre group's presentation of the mystery/comedy "The Gazebo" that will occupy a bit of my spare time. Fortunately, the Seattle Mariners' baseball season endz tomorrow, so that will free up several hourz a day (more than the acting role will consume!) for Gruntzy thingz. Everybody please have patience with me ... so many thingz to do, so little time.

I will re-read the recent postz with questionz about this CL, and go through my hard drive's version of the walkthrough (which I can, fortunately, access even though I cannot access the on-line version!) in order to answer the question(s).

Can you give me the square name or coordinatez to help me figure out exactly where you are? It is almost two yearz since I have done anything with this CL, and my CRS disease (Can't Remember Stuff) seemz to be getting progressively worse.

As you suspect, Megaphone #7 (square E7 or G8) called for a Shovel, which should be sitting in the GruntzMachine waiting for you when you reach the C2 square. Perhapz you used it too soon, and exchanged it for another required Tool, so no longer have it available.

Where are you in the solving of this CL now? If you can give me either the square name or the coordinatez of the center of the square, I may be able to help you out via my hardcopy walkthrough (which really should be re-done as pure HTML ala the "Trick Or Treat" walkthrough).

IdleAl, you mentioned earlier in the forum about needing the yo-yo in b6. I didn't realize until now that I wasn't supposed to lay the yo-yo down for the bomber. I don't know if Gaby ever got it, but I cannot make the enemy bomber run out of the silver pyramids at an angle. I can only get him to the BOT switch and then he tries to angle but blows himself up within the pyramids. Otherwise he runs straight out. I tried to use GooRoo's tiles as a guide but had no luck. More specific information would be appreciated. (Some of us are older and slower than other's, and slower in the mind too. )

I figured out this little trick.

The tile that needz to be stood on is a set of spikez. The bomb grunt will start walking out towardz your grunt. Meanwhile, have your grunt run to intercept him in a position that will make him blow the crystalz up.

I used Ctrl-1 to assign the number 1 to the SpongeGunz Grunt at the western edge, Ctrl-2 for the other SpongeGunz Grunt, and Ctrl-3 for the Bare-handed Grunt. Center the screen around Grunt #2 by pressing the 2 key twice, select #1 (once!) then SAVE. I am blocked in E6! I tested 100 times but it is impossible for me!
My BH is struck by the first spongegunz but when the second spongegunz strikes it it takes just a blow but does not move of place then carries on its way on the arrows… and dies!
I put the spongegunz 1 towards the hole of the medium and the spongegunz 2 towards the hole on the left.
I shot with the spongegunz 1 on the arrow on the right of the BH, and I shot with the spongegunz 2 on the arrow on the left of gauntlez.
Then I move on the BH on the arrow on the right, it is strucked by the first sponge, go on the arrow on the left of gauntlez and it is strucked by the second sponge but it does not move and remains on this arrow!
Do I make an error of placement or shooting?

I would be sad if I can't go away of the E6. I lot of enjoy this CL and I'm just in the middle!

Do you remember how you got the WARP letter 'R' in "Gruntz In Space, Stage 3"? The same technique is what you need to use here:

• Shoot a Sponge at an Arrow
  
• Shoot a Sponge at another Arrow
  
• move Grunt to be hit by second Sponge
  

If your SpongeGun Gruntz are positioned correctly, and fire at the proper Arrowz, the third Grunt will be shoved to an Arrow that leadz to safety.

P.S. There are 'normal' ground Tilez that are a bit different from most of those in the area ... that is where SpongeGun Gruntz should be standing.

After I do not know any more how much restarting from the beginning. Finally I finished!
The king is happy and me also because I had a “PERFECT”!

I would like to thank all those for this forum without which I will never have arrived at the end of this CL. Thanks to you and the walkthrough of Gooroo too.

I would like also particularly to thank Gooroo for having to create this CL.
I do not like to say that such designer is better than another, you are all formidable!
But on the other hand I can say that this CL is that which I prefer since I play Gruntz!
The history of the walkthrough is funny (I translated it in french), the various puzzles are varied and not too difficult (finally a little nevertheless ) and I learned much from thing on the role of each gruntz and especially to serve to me as ctrl #

I can't seem to get past the SP maze at the beginning...Move 7, I think. I can make it to the pyramid before the wormhole, but another pyramid is under it...

That puzzle is tightly timed ... keep clicking on that wormhole when you get there!

I'm stuck on the part were there is 4 Hit 'n' Runner Gruntz with the Swordz. I don't see how it's possible to do it with only a Gauntlet Grunt. By the way, I've really enjoyed this level so far. The idea for this level is cool. Where did you get the idea anyway? (I know it's based on a chess game, but were you playing it or what?)

Some of those Rockz have explosive contentz. Break Rockz in a certain sequence, and enemiez go on the attack, and are too close to the TNT to survive. You will not be able to dispose of all of the enemy Gruntz that way, but they are a rather unfriendly bunch ... to each other! Your main problem is to make sure that no two enemy Gruntz turn into Goo Puddlez in the same place ... because you need all of their Goo! So you have to break Rockz that release the enemy Gruntz so that they turn on each other, and do most of your work for you!!!
