I don't consider this as a double-post, so don't worry about it, TBM. You're seeking information and that is fine.
As far as replacing your broken CD, I don't know what we can do for you. Have you attempted to contact Monolith Productions directly to see if they could replace your broken disc? The usual protocol here is that you mail them your broken CD and they mail you a replacement as soon as they receive your broken one. They might still have a few discs left and may be able to help you out. As far we're concerned, technically, it is a violation of the licensing agreement to reproduce the Gruntz game in any form. But...., since the Gruntz game is pretty much no longer available through retail outlets and may not even be available through Monolith themselves, they may choose to look the other way if someone burns a copy for you--as long as we don't make a habit of it. But I can't guarantee that.
(BTW, TBM, PLEASE lose the oversize font in your sigtag! Make it smaller, please. Thank you.)

Well, I do have RealArcade, and I also do have a program that restarts the time! Maybe I should try RealArcade! That would help me a lot!
