Gee Whiz! If this CL is THIS hard, I don't think I will even attempt it (of course, I will attempt it, but will be too frustrated with the tightly timed parts to finish) darn! Is there any way to revamp it and allow more time for us slower Gruntzerz?

Perfect Grunt wrote: "I think that your language is NL... Type in a text and translate it into English- Translate it into an other language

I agree that the translation is not "PERFECT!", but it helps when only a single translation from one language to another is performed. I know just enough German and Spanish to be able to tell when a word-for-word translation is inaccurate, but it fills in the blanks for the times when I do not know the English translation for certain words at all. HunanShodan mentioned that it was impossible to translate a certain phrase into English, because there were no words for the concept he was trying to describe. I am sure that is true of most of the world's languages ... there is no way to translate a certain concept into a certain other language. But I am sure that Yourin knows enough English (he posts well here) to know when such a translation falls short of what he wanted to say. That's why the 'Edit' facility of this Forum is such an improvement over the Monolith Productions, Inc. Gruntz Forum. Here, if we don't like what we posted, we can just go back and modify, until we do like what we see!

I discovered the secret (I think!?!) to the Silver Pyramidz ... then discovered I had made a mistake 'way back. So I have to start over from a very old SAVE point. Since I am also in a "Forum maintenance mood", I am taking a break from designing/playing Gruntz for a day or two. I am hoping to join Yourin in reporting a "PERFECT!" soon, though!

I corrected the mistake I made early on (left the Green Pyramidz up after getting that first Coin). I have collected the Coin on the island with four Landing Areaz. I probably will be re-starting (yet again!) in order to get the Warp Letter blocked by three Red and three Black Pyramidz. I need to puzzle out the timing of pushing that Black One-Time Switch. (It's a poser!) I have been to the two (by two) Purple Switchez area once, just to try to see where the puzzle leadz the solver. No luck there yet, either ... but the previous discussion will likely help me out with that, when it really matters. That is, when I have properly done everything that comes before.
Shades of ")ecoy Ahoy!"

If you speak Translator Language:Confident it is required to competed, do(make) by interesting way of a way, - that name in height Things which they cause in, they have transferred(translated) it(him), the word has been transferred(translated) maintained then o. Gross (rough) measures me, time heard, that people use words while a nail (nail) (a nail (a nail)) instead of a nail (nail) (the hammer and a nail (a nail)), that from an origin up to Andes appears, that I have accepted. An example in it(him) the Spanish language an orange color and an orange in, that a fruit of words seperate. Or if you speak English:It certainly had interesting ways of doing things which is great in a level One of the things I do is translate a word then translate it back. MANY times I have heard people use words like nail (fingernail) instead of nail (hammer and nail) which sounds fun to others I suppose. For example, in Spanish, orange the color and orange the fruit are seperate words.

Hmm, did anyone get a perfect or are you not play this level ? I fully intend to go back and play this CL to a "PERFECT!" score, but working on my own Custom Level, and this Forum means it will probably be August before I can re-play it. By then everyone else will have already solved it. But then, there will be so many people who are able to help me with the tough spots!

I solved it, but apparently did the silver pyramids the wrong way. I just brute forced my way through by practicing going quickly through the silver pyramids until I could do so.

Join the crowd! Ed, so have you solved it yet? I am terrified of opening this puzzle again! I brought the Warpstone to the King's Fortress, but did not have a "PERFECT!" score ... and do not even remember what it was that I missed! (I went into my Word document with the Gruntz Custom Levelz listed, along with my solving times and the other information ... and discovered I never made an entry for 'Expect the unexpected!". So it seems I will have to re-play this puzzle myself ... perhaps starting the attempt on Monday.)

I have an excel sheet in which i have all the levels listed and i BOLD the level i have a Perfect score. I am giving myself 2-3 more tries for the Silver Pyramids. Wish me luck

(You did it quite nicely in your first post in this thread.) Goo job! It seems I need to get busy on a few of the Custom Levelz that I have not solved (or not achieved a "PERFECT!" score on) ... yet. Then I need to go back to work on walkthroughz of my CLz. (I keep being interrupted by something, then forgetting to go back to what I was doing ... must be some sort of 'Freudian' thing.)

Firstly, pls tell me how to reply to a post with the post being replied to in a green box. I tried to do that and made a mes in may last post. Proper UBBC tagging! Some missing tags are what caused the mess. I tried to clean it up as best I could, but couldn't generate the result I was looking for (a quoted post within a quoted post). The easiest way to do what you want, rohit, is to press the Quote button of the post you are replying to. The proper UBBC tags will be generated for you in your reply and the post being replied to will show up in the green box when you post your reply. If you want to break a quoted post into pieces and reply to one or more of the individual pieces, then you will need to add the proper UBBC tags-- a [/quote] tag at the end of the section you want to comment on, add your comment, then add a begin quote tag (quote enclosed in [] brackets; can't actually demonstrate the proper form of the quote tag, for obvious reasons ) at the beginning of the next section of the quoted post. Use the Preview button at the bottom of the reply box to see how your message will look when it's posted. If you don't like how it looks or something is wrong, then you can modify your message or fix the mistakes before you post. Congratulations!

Are you asking about how to "quote" a message? (You did it quite nicely in your first post in this thread.) Actually, there was a little "assist" there.
