Nothing changed, the map that is in the announcement is still the old one. I cannot find where a revised map has been sent to me, or a link to one posted in the thread. I can update the "View the map!' image and its ThumbNail once I have the current map image.

The map image is ready, although it was quite difficult to make it look good with all the balls and bridges changing their state: files.fm/u/d5qqaaag I have the image SAVEd to my hard drive, and created the ThumbNail for it, and will upload the necessary items to the web host later today, along with other submissions I have yet to view.
Thank You!

This level still didn't have a part harder than Cold Waterz' bridge section, in my opinion. Also, my name next to the statz image is misspelled (sweitymiki instead of swietymiki). Are you saying the difficulty should be downgraded to "Very Easy"?
And I corrected my dyslexic error, correctly transposed the 'e' and 'i'.

This level definitely deserves an Easy rating. After the fix I was able to get the perfect score: files.fm/u/qv55rr3k/ (statz image) It's only the beginning part with the boomerang that I found annoying because of his high range and hard to avoid attacks. I just captured your Statz Page image, and will get it uploaded to the web host shortly. I really would like to have a "View the map!" image as well, if at all possible.

I should have 'promoted' this one a week ago. My multi-tasking has not been too successful lately, though, and I would (obviously?) never make it as a juggler ... not doing to well at keeping the 'balls' in the air.

You do not need Microsoft Office to open the .doc file. You can download OpenOffice for free and it will run just as fine. I just went through the process of downloading (and registering) OpenOffice. Will install it on the laptop and check it out after dinner (4:53PM now).

I have completed the level with perfect score. files.fm/u/d5ehx22yThe link contains both statz page and full map image. There are no powerupz in this level, only one survivor and two certain deathz. Toolz and coinz are correct in the announcement. Difficulty should be set to Easy. Zu you were very close to beat the level, the sponge gun can get out of the maze alone (after taking the warpstone of course) with the help of the Rolling Rock (it should press the Yellow Switch). I have captured both images, will create their ThumbNails, and upload all to the web host. Then I will edit the Announcement and make any necessary changes, then 'promote' it to the proper grahics area Board.
BTW, there is obviously difference between what I recorded, and what was achieved in actual play. Perhaps it is another 'cloning' error on my part. I use Tomalla's very nice GruntzScrooge program to get the statistics on puzzlez submitted to me ... and I know IT does not make mistakes, so the error must be mine.

GooRoo mentioned that he has problems with the walkthrough being in a DOC format. No idea about the rest. The program I acquired to access .doc files does strange things, so I will search for the open source version mentioned elsewhere.

I'm here only to remind that the updated map image, Zu's statz and the walkthrough of this level still aren't accessible on this thread. Are they uploaded to the web host? Walk-through has not been uploaded to the web host yet, but the images now appear in the Announcement part of this thread.

There's a small mistake in the level announcement: Rocky Roadz is area number 1, not number 8. The same error is on "The Faster The Better" and "Water Toob". That's the sort of misteak (sic) I make when cloning a new Announcement from an existing one only close, not in the same area, as the new one.
I admit, I am only homan, and need help from time to time to get myself on track.
Seriously, I will make the noted changes necessary.

While updating indices for Wedrikul's recent submissions, I discovered that at some time ProBoards software began working differently when a thread was moved (as promotion from the BETA Board to the proper graphics Board). Previously, the thread number was retained for such a move; now, the thread in the new location is renumbered. For example, the V2 versions created in 2015, I found to generate an error when the puzzle name was clicked to view the thread. Perhaps the link error problem goes back further than December, 2015.
Please post any errors you find in this thread, so I may fix them.

I believe you could considerably speed up the process if you downloaded a program called Fraps, which allows you to instantly create and save a screenshot in a folder of your choice with the press of a single button. "FRAPS.exe is not a valid WIN32 program" is what I got after downloading it to this laptop, copying it to a flash drive, "sneaker netting" it to the XP and installing it there.
What is worse, every key combination I have tried
- prt sc ... with no other key press
- shift key + prt sc
- alt key + prt sc
- windows key + prt sc
has resulted in the three paint programs available on the XP computer to report that the clipboard is not recognized. One program produces an image of the screen, but gives it a file extension of .sig ... with no option to save it as anything else.
So I am STILL prevented from creating any "View the map!" images for Gruntz, even though Gruntz is now running on the XP computer.

I don't really understand the rating of this one. Cold Waterz is much more difficult than this level and it didn't even get Easy+. Perhaps because I have not made a change to the difficulty of (m)any Custom Levelz recently. I will take a look at Cold Waterz to see what the Statz Page says, and adjust the difficulty as needed ... of all the 21 CLz submitted int this group.

The puzzle is now available for download by anyone. I prefer to wait for more of the 21 puzzlez to be BETA tested before sending these out en mass to all of the Gruntz Fanz (many who no longer are even interested in playing the game).

Got this one with a perfect score: files.fm/u/cef7j3mmI'd say the difficulty is Very Easy, since most of the time you just go around the map through teleporters and you can't make any wrong move. The only thing that might be disturbing is that the Grunt starting position is in range of enemy Grunt with rockz and he will start throwing them once the game starts. I have SAVEd the Statz Page image to my hard drive, and created its ThumbNail. After dinner, I will upload them to the web host, and they will magically appear in the Announcement part of this thread.

Well, the XP computer required me to install NetFrame 2.0 under SP2, then I managed to acquire Paint.net 2.72 (the BETA version I found earlier said the 30 day limit was expired (wonder why) and would do nothing) and it installed just fine. For some reason it didn't understand the result of prt sc, and I had to paste into MicroSoft Paint, and do a SAVE as... before Paint.net could be used to work on it. It was just a test, as my screen grab was mis-timed, and I had the "Press any key...", so the image is unusable. Kludge though it may be, I have means to create "View the map!" images now.

The installer spun its wheels for a while, then said something about the free version being unable to ..." so nothing was accomplished. I checked the PC status, and found it is SP2, so am now searching through the old Paint.net install files for the latest SP2 version available. But the download is timing out, so still no luck.
