Thanks for the help guys, but sadly I haven't found a way to make it work. Ah well.
I can deal with that.

Originally I wasn't gonna be back until I finish making videos of all the standard levels, but I decided to come back anyway since that's gonna take a long time. Especially since each episode of Blaze's Gruntz Adventures takes at least a week to make.
Anyway, are there any good recent levels you guys could recommend to me? I will try playing one this weekend and tell you what I think of it.
It's good to be back to this community. And I promise I will make you guys feel comfortable about the fact that I'm here.

Hello, everyone. I'm sorry I didn't download any new levels or any of that lately. But the thing is I decided to take a long break from this message board.
Now don't worry it has nothing to do with you, it has all to do with me.
You see, I'm working on a special let's play of Gruntz. It's special because it's more than just a let's play. I'm afraid I can't link it here as the content CLEARLY breaks the rules of this website.
But anyway, I am intending on making a "Blaze's Gruntz Adventures" (which is what the let's play series is called) episodes of all the standard levels. Until I'm done, I won't be covering any custom levels in my videos. And thus it's pointless to try out new levels at the moment, but don't worry, I will be back here as soon as I'm done with all the levels of the main game.
I'm not gone from this community, but I'm taking a long break. I do intent on finishing this let's play series before Christmas. But I can't guarantee that. Farewell for now.

I decided to come back, the reason for leaving the community was beyond stupid as I haven't even tried most of the remade levels. So I judged them based on nothing.
I'm sorry if the original post is far too negative, I'm sticking around this place since I love Gruntz.

EDIT: Disregard the title, my reason for leaving the community was stupid anyways as I didn't even give these levels a chance before judging them.
The reason I'm leaving is because I'm really getting tired of these "remakes" of levels, especially the standard ones. I still stand by that it's pointless and unnecessary.
I might return one day, but I don't like to download a level that's just a different version of a level I already downloaded.
It seems that nobody wants to make anything original anymore, look, I'm not telling any of you to stop remaking these levels, if you like doing that, go for it.
But when a new level is released I like to download something that's different from the levels I already have, not a remade version of it.

The reason I wanna do that is so I can watch some YouTube videos while playing the game, which I obviously can't do if it's in full screen.
I could if I had a labtop or a second screen but I don't. My computer doesn't even have a port for a second screen.

It seems that nobody cares enough about Battles to be willing to battle with me.
That's sad, I guess I can never have a real challenge in battle mode.

I think the biggest problem is that the online settings are very outdated. It has options that no one uses anymore and was only useful in the late 1990's.
I hope there is a way to make it work, but sadly there is no online mode that works internationally.

Can someone please tell me they would love to battle me?
I really want to battle people who think, because the NPCs are no challenge. Even the difficult ones are too easy to beat.
I can defeat all three teams with the "difficult" difficulty with no effort at all and it's become boring.

The title of this level is very misleading, because this level is anything but.
But anyway, I reached the part with the swordsgrunts, but the problem is they do kill my shovel grunt no matter what I do. And I can see I need the shovel grunt later on in the level.
This invincibility powerup would be useful if it wasn't for the fact that it lasts so little that it's impossible to make use of it.

I wonder if the maker of this level is still around.
Or is he long gone?

You forgot to put link in the main post. So I can't play the level as I'm not subscribed. Nor do I intent to as I like to go to the thread to get the level. There definitely is an attachment in the e-mail I sent out. Perhaps I do not have a valid link in the Announcement for this puzzle ... I can certainly fix that! If that is the problem, it will have been fixed 30 minutes after I post this reply. It works now, thanks.

Actually as I said in my post, I'm making all of the V2 Levels from scratch, just loosely basing them around the original ones. And I generally try not to be a jerk but you calling anyone lazy on level designing in this game is a joke, since your levels are literally giant empty squares for the most part. I don't understand the point of this thread in the first place. If you don't like the idea, don't participate in it - likewise, if you don't have anything good or at least constructive to say about it, don't say anything at all. Because as I said before, no one is remaking the levels because they are bad or have something wrong with them. Ok, I admit it was pretty hypocritical of me to call this lazy. Since you and others in this community find this fun, then cool, go for it. Yeah, I'm done, I got nothing else to say.

They're not being remade because they were bad or something was wrong with them. It's not "necessary" to remake them, it's really just for the fun of doing it. At least I'm having fun designing levels that are inspired on the standard levels that came with the game. Many childhood stories have been remade in recent times as movies and that wasn't because they were bad and had to be improved, but because it's nice to watch (or play) something that you already know, but in a different way. I doubt we'd have 32 levels designed within these few months if it wasn't for the project setting a goal and giving us a base to work with. I myself have a hard time coming up with ideas and this was perfect for me since I look at the original levels and design a new one trying to keep the same "feel" when playing it, similar areas that will remind you of the original level you played through so many years ago. My point is, it has nothing to do with improving, but simply redesigning, revamping, replaying... remembering. So let me get this straight, you'd rather edit something that already exists than to come up with something on your own? I'm sorry to say, man. But that's pretty lazy.

The only reason I decided to remake my level of Happy Birthday is because the original level was horrible, and had a lot of problems that needed to be fixed.
But I am noticing now that the standard levels are being remade, is that really necessary? No, it isn't.
So I think it's pointless to remake the standard levels since there was absolutely nothing wrong with them to begin with.
I think the phrase if it ain't broke don't fix it applies here.

So apparently nobody in this community cares that I'm rebooting my let's play series, that's a shame. Then again, they can't make a judgement as the first part isn't even out yet.
But I have a question, what's the best way to make the let's play enjoyable for people who aren't familiar with Gruntz? That's something my old let's plays of Gruntz weren't for the most part, and that drove many people away from watching.

I am a bit confused! I thought that "The Big Split Up" was Stage 3 of "Honey, I Shrunk The Gruntz", not "Rocky Roadz"?!? Is the Announcement in error? Who says the remake has to be in the same area as the original version?

This level is beyond confusing, I have no idea what to do, I don't even know how to get started.
